Kay Garcia (neé Neoushoff) is an expert at designing systems that enable individuals and companies to reach their full potential.

Kay began her professional career with Apple, where she learned branding, efficiency, customer service and innovation from some of the leaders in the tech industry, an experience that fueled her desire to create simple solutions to everyday problems. She worked with Tekserve and MoviePass before joining Esteé Lauder Companies, where she led technology implementations for the company’s North American Global Retail Channel. During a year-long sabbatical from the corporate life, Kay worked as a handler on a cattle ranch, as a rural mail carrier for USPS, and as an independent consultant while living abroad in London. In 2015, Kay was recruited by Women Grow LLC, a cannabis industry startup focused on connecting, educating and empowering women to become leaders in the cannabis industry. Kay was named Chief Executive Officer of Women Grow in 2017, and led the company and the nation-wide community it served through a period of dramatic growth.

Kay currently serves on the Boards of Green Check Verified, Women’s Cannabis Connection of New Jersey, and Women Grow. She is also the co-founder of Magnolia Partners.
